Founder and CEO
Ben believes communities can be platforms for positive influence. He created Kinstone as a differentiator in the industry – providing a new business model and approach to property management and realty. At Kinstone Communities, operators are empowered and given the freedom to carry out their vision for inviting community.

Grace started with Walton in 2017. After hearing about Ben Teague’s vision with Kinstone, she decided to make the switch in 2019. She served as Operations Manager at Kinstone River, the first Kinstone property, for 3 years before pursuing the Property Operator role at Kinstone Columns Drive.
Justin Bicking

Justin has been in the multifamily housing industry for 9 years and has managed Kinstone River for 7 years. Justin runs our River Apartment Homes community with service and hospitality at the core. He strongly believes in making every resident feel heard, valued, and comfortable where they call home.
